Responsibilities- Consulting with stakeholders to facilitate research, planning, and delivery of LMB programs.
- Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake risk assessment and risk management activities for compliance projects / programs.
- Proactively monitor program outcomes and work area performance for presentation to LMB teams including the Executive.
- Consult with stakeholders to co-design, develop and write program plans, program briefs, and project plans.
- Building capability in a team environment through sharing knowledge and ideas to support continuous improvement principles.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify reporting errors.
- Lead by example and embody NMI's values, supporting others to do the same. Recognise and respond to breaches of the values.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Well-developed skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities.
- Well-developed skills to design, develop, operationalise, analyse, and report outcomes for Compliance Programs.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills for diverse audiences, and the ability to communicate with influence.
- Sound knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire a sound knowledge of, legislation, policies and procedures relating to LMB operational activities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise tact together with demonstrated commitment to professional values, including teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Working effectively in an environment with a high level of complexity, sensitivity and operating under the direction of the Assistant Managers, Program Coordination and Monitoring, and Program Coordination and Engagement duties include but are not limited to:

To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
Notes / Desirable Role Requirements- Project Management qualifications and or experience.
- Experience in contemporary database interrogation, analysis and reporting software.
- Ability to quickly gain sound operational knowledge of Acts and associated regulations.
