What You Bring to the Pool:

Essential:

  • 2+ years internal sales/customer service experience
  • Customer-outcome focused mindset
  • Natural relationship builder with relaxed communication style

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in construction/home improvement industries
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Understanding of longer sales cycles
