The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong background in HR and operations to lead the next phase of our growth journey. In this role, you'll partner with our leadership team to ensure our people, processes, and performance systems run seamlessly. While previous experience in cosmetic medicine is advantageous, we are most interested in proven leaders who can bring structure, innovation, and a people-first mindset to a fast-scaling healthcare business.

Your Impact

People & Culture – Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, role definition, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.

Operations & Compliance – Streamline systems and processes across our clinics, ensuring best-practice governance, stock management, and regulatory compliance.

Customer Experience – Champion the patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint — from consultation through to aftercare — reflects the premium standards of Contour Clinics.

Training & Development – Oversee structured training programs and professional growth pathways to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.

Business Performance – Drive KPIs, manage supplier relationships, optimise costs, and play a key role in supporting the rollout of new clinic locations.

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualifications and or proven experience in People Management, HR and operations.

Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and oversee efficient systems.

Proven leadership in building teams, managing performance, and driving business outcomes.

Industry experience in cosmetic medicine, healthcare, or a regulated environment (preferred but not essential).
