Client Services Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join our newly established Client Services team in our Head Office in Melbourne. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to make a meaningful impact in shaping a best-in-class Client Services department.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional investor experiences to a portfolio of institutional and private clients by responding to enquiries with timely and accurate data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional first point client service to inbound investor enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Communicate proactively on investment performance, issues or risks in written reports.
- Provide ongoing support in process and system enhancements, data management and systems testing.
- Complete the KYC process for new clients across all product types.
- Manage the investor funding call process and allocations.
- Issue application and subscription forms to investors.
- Perform AML/CTF compliance obligations and KYC verification processes.
- Support due diligence of new institutional investors and provide online portal support (Labgroup).
About You:
- Experience in client services, investor relations, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business or related discipline and previous work experience.
- Understanding of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software platforms and systems, including CRM and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convey information effectively and professionally in written and verbal form.
