Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
  2. Manage week-to-week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet field team requirements
  3. Lead or support win-win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnerships
  4. Take ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client's program
  5. Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
  6. Reporting – weekly, monthly, and at other times when required
  7. Audits/analysis to develop plans and recommendations to address opportunities to improve KPIs/results

About You:

  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded, particularly within FMCG
  • Ability to compile data from various sources and mine data
  • Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change, and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office skills, especially Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
