Australia/NZ Market Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our operations in the Australia and New Zealand market. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding partnerships, and overseeing sales and delivery teams in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to support company expansion
- Oversee all sales and account management activities within the ANZ region
- Manage customer/partner relationships and ensure seamless execution of services
- Lead sales teams, execution, forecasting, and commercial negotiations with the region
- Direct customer success teams to ensure customer health and satisfaction
- Direct services operations, including delivery, implementations, and training
- Hire, train, and enable local resources to build out regional presence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years related experience in technology industry
- Deep business knowledge of Contact Center and Digital Customer Experience ecosystem
- Experience working with channels and partnerships
- Well-rounded leader with experience in brand building, partnerships, and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to effectively collaborate within the region and across the global organization
