**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Digital Experience team. Working in the CX division, you will be responsible for planning and executing an end-to-end subscriber acquisition and lifecycle program, customer reviews and onsite personalisation to deliver customer and business value for our Experience Oz brand. You will work alongside a team of 3 CX professionals, passionate about engaging and adding value to our customers experience with us.
**Core Activities**
**Lifecycle Marketing**
- Build a CX map and optimisation plan for transactional and lifecycle communications including Onboarding, Engagement, Cross Sell, Purchase and Reviews. Delivery of these experiences through end-to-end project management, including ideation, creative briefing, CX mapping and data and journey briefing.
- Individually accountable to manage the strategy and roadmap of lifecycle marketing activity for Experience Oz, crafting audience journeys/campaigns that help grow our audiences and deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
- Regular campaign reporting and developing insights to plan optimisations.
**Onsite audience personalisation**
- Together with Product and Head of Digital Experience build out a backlog and deliver the existing backlog of personalisation use cases. Delivery of these use cases through end-to-end project management, including ideation, creative briefing, CX mapping, stakeholder approvals and briefing the data and journey briefing.
**Subscriber acquisition**
- Collaborate with the Brand and Paid Performance teams to deliver an always-on monthly subscriber acquisition program.
- Manage the subscriber acquisition budget.
**Essential Skills**
- 5+ years experience in a Digital Product, Lifecycle Marketing or Digital Experience role or similar
- Experience executing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - will represent Digital Experience in marketing WIPs for Experience Oz
