In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs, design and implement technical solutions, and drive process automation.

Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, optimizing systems, managing projects, and supporting software applications to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and systems implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage with business units to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and optimize software ecosystems for improved business performance.

You should be proactive in driving process automation and providing hands-on IT support to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Business Analysis & Change Management: Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide process optimisation, requirement gathering, and change initiatives, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Systems Design & Risk Management: Strong skills in systems modelling (UML, BPMN, ER diagrams), gap analysis, and risk management, with a focus on secure, scalable solutions.
  • Software & SAAS Optimisation: Experience in evaluating, integrating, and optimising software/SAAS platforms, including vendor management and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to design and implement data models, integration points, and BI/reporting solutions that enable accurate insights and informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects using Agile methodologies, including scope management, risk control, acquisitions/mergers integration, and KPI monitoring.
  • Automation & Integration: Proficiency in workflow automation, scripting (PowerShell, SQL, Python), and development tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps) to streamline business processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a trusted liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influence at senior leadership level.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
  • A postgraduate qualification (e.g., a Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Technology Management) is highly regarded.

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or a
  • similar position within a dynamic environment.
  • Proven expertise in leading enterprise process optimisation initiatives and managing change, with the ability to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into strategic technical solutions that align with long-term
  • organisational goals.
  • Strong skills in systems design and modelling using UML, BPMN, ER diagrams and Enterprise Architecture diagrams, along with experience in conducting gap analysis, integration mapping, and creating data flow diagrams that incorporate risk
  • and cybersecurity considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in user-friendly terms, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively across diverse disciplines (e.g., IT, operations, finance), including engagement with senior leadership

Desirable:

  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate or other relevant automation tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Familiarity with current corporate applications and technologies such as CareLink+, SalesForce, SharePoint, Confluence, SuccessFactors, SAP/S4Hana, and Microsoft Azure.
