Job Title: Business Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Operations and Commercial teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer contract governance inclusive of rates, fuel levies and other charges;
- Maintaining and developing improvements to invoicing and administration data workflows;
- Managing operational and administrative data;
- Engaging in projects to design, implement and embed business processes that contribute to the company strategy of growth and systemisation;
- Providing analysis, reporting, monitoring and support to commercial and operations team on insights into division's financial movements, customer updates and business opportunities;
- Working with external and internal stakeholders to support delivery of operational excellence;
- Identifying commercial opportunities within rate structures to improve profitability;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from an accounts perspective;
- Assisting in business process improvements to deliver timely and cost-effective systems and processes.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Commerce or related field;
- Demonstrated experience in an accounts role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems including SQL (preferred).
