We believe in the power of meaningful connections with our clients, colleagues, and community to help individuals, businesses, and government thrive through expert legal guidance.The Role:We are seeking a highly skilledBusiness Analystto support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within our IT and Business Transformation roadmap.This is a critical role that will drive business analysis excellence across multiple programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Leadrequirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across multiple projectsConductprocess analysis and mappingto identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesFacilitatestakeholder interviews and workshopsto align business and technical needsDraftbusiness cases, functional specifications, and test plansSupportsolution validation andvendor selection (RFP process)About You:You are a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with:Proven experience inregulatory compliance(AML or similar highly desirable)Strong background inworkflow automation,legal tech, ordocument generation platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and part of a dynamic project team manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a law firm will be highly desirableWhy Join Us?
