ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for an I.T guru, to join our team as a Support Analyst on a 12 month MAT leave contract with a focus on our HR and Payroll systems. You will be responsible for supporting our HR & Payroll projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes. You will perform analysis, triage and resolution of Level 2 incidents to ensure that we are providing solutions that assist our HR, Payroll and IT teams to perform at their best. The role will also involve team member/ user administration, data integrity management, and user support through documentation and guidance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments.

•Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems (Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, payroll systems etc.)

•Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures.

•Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Manage Engine).

•Proficiency in user administration and access control.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and documentation skills.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
