Responsibilities
  • Go above and beyond: Always strive to go above and beyond the role to ensure the client has a great experience with the organisation. Provide a human touch and show the client you genuinely care when addressing their questions and concerns throughout the settlement process.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on the status of settlements and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Document verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all legal and financial documents related to the mortgage transaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the settlement process, working to find solutions that meet the needs of all involved parties.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach.
  • Continuous learning: Stay abreast of changes in industry standards, lender processes and lender forms to reduce risk of error and increase client experience.
  • Culture: Help drive culture within the group to work together and bring the best out of people.
