If you thrive in fast-paced, high-end hospitality and know how to drive team performance, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the daily operations of the stewarding team * Manage rosters, delegate tasks, and handle administrative duties * Train and support team members to uphold professional standards and kitchen requirements * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas and ensure team compliance * Ensure all food safety and WHS protocols are followed at all times * Oversee the care and maintenance of dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools * Keep kitchen storerooms clean, organized, and well-maintained * Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively About you: * Previous experience in a senior stewarding role within a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume F&B environment * Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards * Proven ability to meet high service, safety, and quality benchmarks * Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster * Motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards About Us Challenger Services Group is a premier national provider of essential service solutions, spanning cleaning, security, hospitality, government, aged care, and education sectors.
