Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

 

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership position within our Stewarding department, overseeing the efficient and hygienic operation of the team. As Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained.

In this hands-on operational role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our award-winning Culinary and Food & Beverage Teams. You will motivate and develop junior stewarding team members, while also gaining valuable leadership skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisor/management experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. They will also possess excellent grooming and personal presentation skills, as well as effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient and hygienic operation of the Stewarding department
  • Motivate and develop junior stewarding team members
  • Ensure the hotel maintains and delivers all hygiene standards
Requirements:
  • Previous Supervisor/Management experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of HACCAP
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
  • Effective communication skills
