Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the sales and operational activities of our store.
About the Role
- Champion a safety-first culture within the store environment to ensure a zero-harm workplace
- Manage sales and operational activities of the store, driving growth and profitability
- Work closely with Inventory and State Manager to execute inventory in line with national direction
- Promote and manage catalogue sales and campaigns in the store, enhancing customer engagement
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers, fostering strong partnerships
- Monitor and coach employees under direct supervision to achieve performance targets, driving employee development
- Forklift licence desirable, willingness to obtain a plus
Requirements
- Mid-senior level experience in sales, business development, and operations management
- Full-time employment type
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to work in a warehouse environment
