About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold premium standards in visual merchandising, store operations, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through elevated service
  • Motivate and develop a passionate sales team
  • Support daily operations including stock, styling, and visual presentation
  • Maintain boutique excellence and team engagement
  • Drive sales, performance and loyalty in a fashion-first environment
