We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Boutique Director. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction;
    • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and boutique targets;
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and talented team;
    • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation;
  • Customer Experience
    • Oversee the delivery of exceptional in-store experiences that meet or exceed client expectations;
    • Evaluate and enhance the overall shopping experience to drive loyalty and retention;
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention;
    • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
