We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Perth CBD location for an esteemed high jewellery brand renowned for its rich history, tradition, and innovation. About the Role:

As the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in Perth, guiding a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. With a global client base and a legacy of excellence, this is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is ready to make a significant impact.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Passion for Luxury: A deep understanding and appreciation of luxury goods, particularly in jewellery.

Positive and Proactive Mindset: A dynamic attitude with a passion for retail, committed to going above and beyond in customer service.

Sales Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and store targets, driving profitability.

Luxury Experience: Previous experience in jewellery is a plus but not essential; however, strong leadership and high-level customer service experience are required.
