Territory Manager – Construction & Demolition (Brisbane South)

Ready to drive growth and make a real impact in a booming industry?

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager on a fixed-term contract basis, initially, to join Cleanaway's Construction and Demolition team. If you thrive on uncovering opportunities, winning new business, and building long-term client partnerships, this is your chance to take your career to the next level with Australia's leading waste management company.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be out on the road, actively growing our footprint and making things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients to deliver tailored waste solutions.
  • Developing strategic sales plans to support revenue growth in the Construction and Demolition sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service to your clients.
  • Maintaining a healthy and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, tracking leads and managing opportunities.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to support business planning.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking business-savvy professionals who are passionate about sales and confident in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a Territory Manager/Business Development Manager or similar B2B sales role.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, results-focused mindset and drive to exceed sales targets.
  • A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Bonus points for industry experience in construction, demolition, or waste – but it's not a dealbreaker.
Why Cleanaway?

You'll be part of a business that's committed to sustainability and doing things the right way. We'll support you with the tools and training you need, and you'll be surrounded by a team that values growth, collaboration, and celebrating success.

What's In It For You
  • Competitive salary with an attractive incentive scheme to reward your performance.
  • Autonomy and flexibility in your role, allowing you to work independently and make a tangible impact.
  • Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing Australian company and collaborate with a driven team.
  • Flexibility to work from our office or remotely, providing ultimate work-life balance.
  • Great staff benefits program, including novated car leasing, salary sacrificing, and discounts on private health insurance.
