As our new HR Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our people and culture initiatives. You'll work across the employee lifecycle to:
Responsibilities- Design, support and deliver programs that support inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and employee benefits.
- Champion a "can-do" attitude across our sites, helping leaders navigate HR challenges with empathy and flexibility.
- Support strategic projects like a new payroll and HR system, enterprise bargaining, and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Be the go-to expert for key platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, pre-employment medicals, Fitness Passport, psychometric testing, Employee Assistance Program, Safety Incident Reporting System, and our Learning Management System (Kineo).
- Coordinate recognition programs and study support, making sure our people feel valued and empowered.
- Keep us compliant with policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate across services to bring HR magic to broader organisational projects.

The Corporate Office includes the Executive Team and support staff who assist with the organisation's operations. The Executive Management Team work closely with our operating locations, our Client's and GEO's parent company GEO Group Inc. The team works closely with GEO's business units providing support, direction, leadership and having oversight and responsibility for Australian operations.
