About the Role

Are you looking to grow your career in project management while contributing to meaningful change in a leading professional services firm?

RSM Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to manage a key cloud migration project and support innovation initiatives across the firm.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects with guidance from senior team members. Your first assignment will be to manage the ongoing cloud migration of our SharePoint site and intranet.

You'll also support innovation and process improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational project experience who is ready to take ownership of projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources
• Monitor progress and assist with reporting on milestones and deliverables
• Identify and manage risks and issues with support from the ePMO team
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure smooth project closure and handover to business units
• Occasional travel to other RSM offices may be required

What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in project coordination or junior project management
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
