About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on chasing new business, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. You'll be confident picking up the phone, knocking on doors, and leveraging every opportunity to grow your pipeline. Your consultative approach and ability to present Vodafone's business solutions with clarity and impact will be key to your success.

You'll be supported by a streamlined, efficient team that knows how to make things happen. We work closely together to manage the change process required to transition customers to Vodafone seamlessly and professionally, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

This role offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your drive and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Strategy: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships, conduct needs assessments, and deliver tailored Vodafone solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and confidently close deals.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our small, highly experienced team to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Compliance: Follow Vodafone's sales processes and uphold ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B telecommunications sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise communication and technology needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and social media for prospecting is highly desirable.
