About the Role

As the manager, you'll be the key point of contact for the sports club and its members. You'll be responsible for providing essential leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the canteen and bar run smoothly and efficiently. This includes:

  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling a great team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory & Financials: Managing stock levels, handling cash registers and reconciliation, and overseeing budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Operations: Ensuring the canteen and bar are clean, well-maintained, and comply with all relevant health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Promotions: Actively promoting the venue, including through social media, to attract and retain customers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising with No Limitts Directors and Club Administrators to leverage key opportunities and events.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to our mission. You'll have:

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a bar or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Required Certifications
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid in CPR
Why Join Us?

At No Limitts, you'll be part of a values-driven, supportive culture where teamwork and community come first. We are a family-owned, registered charity and NDIS provider, meaning your work contributes directly to creating inclusive opportunities for people with disabilities.

  • Boost Your Take-Home Pay: As a registered charity, we offer salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per year, giving you more in your pocket.
  • Supportive Culture: You'll be backed by an approachable leadership team and connected to a community that values respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Be Part of the Community: This isn't a sales-driven role. Instead, you'll focus on building a welcoming and reliable service for members and families at the sports club.
  • Consistent Hours: With set operating times, you'll have a clear and stable schedule across Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Sundays.
  • Make an Impact: You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the experience of club members and visitors, ensuring the canteen and bar are a friendly hub for everyone.
