The Ashby Bar and Bistro is now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing venue Don't miss this opportunity to work in our lovely restaurant setting.

We are seeking experienced applicants who are energetic and highly motivated to lead our team. Our restaurant is the heart of our venue, with it driving a large part of our food business and being home to many regular patrons. The Ashby is experiencing substantial growth this year and we want a leader who is ready to embrace this opportunity. The opportunity to lead the team in our large scale pub restaurant, with seasonal menus offering a wide variety of shared dishes, pub classics and elevated main plates awaits the right candidate. We're due to launch our new and exciting summer menu in November and would love a passionate individual to be at the forefront of this experience. Applicants need to be proactive with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to work in a hands on role directing staff and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained in our busy restaurant.

The Successful candidates will have:

· At least 1 years' experience in a similar role

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Full-time availability including weekends

· RSA & Hygiene Certificate essential

· Ability to multitask

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop & train staff

· Passion for food with solid a la `carte experience

· Impeccable customer service skills
