Full-Time | Perth Hills | Stable Salary + Leave + Super | Optional Live-In Caretaker Setup

We're a family-owned hospitality group with big plans and plenty of character — home to Masonmill in the Perth Hills and Campus Brewing, with three venues, two breweries, and a 10-acre function property featuring gardens, event spaces, eateries, and multiple buildings and kitchens.

We're looking for a qualified builder, carpenter or all-round maintenance legend who wants to step away from the subcontractor grind and use their trade skills to help build something amazing — a growing collection of venues that celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and community.


The Role

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground kind of job — not a project management desk gig.

You'll:

  • Carry out ongoing maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
  • Build and extend new spaces, structures, patios, decks, bars, and outdoor features
  • Coordinate trades and services as required
  • Work alongside our leadership team to bring venue upgrades and creative ideas to life
  • Keep our spaces safe, tidy, and looking their best for guests and staff alike

About You

You might be a qualified builder, experienced carpenter, or seasoned tradesperson (semi-retired is fine) who enjoys variety and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Trade qualifications or strong practical experience
  • Confidence to run smaller construction or renovation projects
  • Experience in shopfitting, bar or venue fitouts
  • Ability to safely operate excavators, skid steers, or small earthworks equipment
  • A reliable, proactive, and self-sufficient attitude — someone who just gets things done
