Overview

A Legal Secretary position has become available in a prestigious national law firm based in Sydney CBD. This role will see you working across Corporate Commercial Law in an interesting and varied capacity. The role is hands-on and suited to a candidate with a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience who has proven experience supporting a busy legal practitioner. Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills are required. The firm offers a professional, friendly and inclusive culture with flexible work arrangements and excellent working environment.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and editing legal documents
  • Completing billing
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining files
  • Diary management
  • And much more

Requirements

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience
  • Fast typing speeds and close attention to detail
  • The ability to work full time
  • A keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills
