As our new eCommerce Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind managing and developing our online partner channel within our ecommerce eco system. What you'll do:
- Be the face of our brand with our online partners: Build strong relationships with leading eRetailers - develop joint business plans, management of sell in and sell out stock on hand, launch exciting campaigns, and make sure our products always look their best online.
- Own our online presence: Partner with our external agency to drive strategy and ensure our marketplace presence is optimised and ahead of the competition.
- Spot opportunities and share insights: Monitor performance, trends, and customer behaviour to find new ways to boost sales, sharpen our digital presence, and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate and make things happen: Work with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to keep product info, pricing, and offers current and ahead of time - and tackle challenges before they become problems to create opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in eCommerce
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or partnership management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts - UX, customer acquisition, lifecycle management, SEO, PPC, social, email web analytics and logistics management
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms like Amazon, Google Analytics and AdWords
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and partners at once.
- Strong analytical skills — confident pulling data and turning it into insights.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
