Job Summary

This is a part-time administrative role that involves working on Monday–Wednesday shifts with rotating start times at 6am, 8am, or 10am for an 8-hour period including breaks. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective and efficient patient administration activities in accordance with established hospital policies.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Admissions Officer to join our team. This position includes checking in and admitting patients for private elective surgeries and public waitlist bookings.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to patients and stakeholders. They will also have operational efficiency with accurate and timely data entry, strong oral and written communication skills, and good time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Delivering high-standard customer service to patients and stakeholders
    • Checking in and admitting patients for private elective surgeries and public waitlist bookings
    • Effective and efficient patient administration activities in accordance with hospital policies
