Job Description:

As a Linehaul Supervisor, you will oversee the national linehaul network, source service providers, and identify efficiencies to enhance cost savings for the business.

  • Source and allocate daily ad-hoc linehaul tasks
  • Develop and maintain a strategic GT linehaul network
  • Ensure all operations adhere to relevant policies and HS&E standards
  • Track and implement business improvements
  • Monitor and manage transport costs
  • Utilise KPIs to assess network performance
  • Coordinate with operational sites to ensure timely freight availability
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external customers

The ideal candidate has proven experience supervising linehaul operations, including:

  • Familiarity with state metropolitan, rural areas, and major road routes within Australia
  • A strong ability to implement cost control measures
  • Applied understanding of Australian road transport regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Additionally, progressed candidates will undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
