Responsibilities
Due to high demand and extensive growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate business development manager to bring new insight and innovation. You will bring structure, direction, and a hands-on approach to manage sales and projects into the company. Reporting into the General Manager, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:
- Sell NEPEAN branded products
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers.
- Grow the sales pipeline
- Manage key account planning initiatives, including high level negotiations.
- Submit tenders and proposals.
- Represent NEPEAN at industry & trade events.
- Be a part of a hard-working sales/ estimations team.

- Manage key account planning initiatives, including high level negotiations.
- Submit tenders and proposals.
- Represent NEPEAN at industry & trade events.
- Be a part of a hard-working sales/ estimations team.
The Person
To Be Considered For This Role You Will Have
- Experience in a similar role such as technical sales or account management experience within the heavy vehicle, industrial manufacturing, or mining industries.
- A sale hunter
- Tertiary qualifications in either a trade or engineering is advantageous.
- Possess a strong passion for engineering/ technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and have a knack for people.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
