About The Role

Reporting to the Projects Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the 'commercial and technical management' of NHP projects (in excess of $1M projects).

This role is responsible for the delivery of project solutions, including preparing & providing designs relating to High and Low Voltage Power Distribution and Automation systems.

Responsibilities Include
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time & either meet or exceed the forecasted margin
- Ensure that projects meet the customers contractual & technical requirements
- Identify & confirm the scope of the project, as well as continually communicate project status with internal and external customers
- Coordinate & monitor all aspects of the project including contract management, technical review and project reporting
- Identify & document potential risks to projects and develop effective control strategies to minimise risk
- Design and prepare drawings in AutoCAD for submission to client for approval
- Interpret technical specifications, briefs, scopes of work & offers in order to capture agreed requirements within NHP's design
Ideally, you will have previous experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders and are comfortable engaging with customers from Installation Contractors to End Users.

We are looking for someone who can manage complex situations, is detail orientated and is determined to achieve successful outcomes for the business.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Proven Project Management skills, coupled with Engineering & Technical knowledge
- An understanding of Medium / High Voltage, Switchgear or Transformers (would be ideal)
- Previous experience working with Project Delivery Systems
- Diligence & process driven attitude
- Strong numeric, technical & analytical skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills, including multitasking against competing priorities
- Strong written & oral communication skills, including negotiation & influencing skills
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office, MS Planner, MS Project, AutoCAD)
