About The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and qualifying leads, converting opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships. You'll be an expert in pitching our B2B buying programs and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospecting and qualifying new B2B leads, with a focus on Tier B1 clients
  • Prioritising opportunities via sizing and forecasting exercises
  • Developing tailored client pitches and proposals using existing sales materials
  • Managing and growing existing customer relationships to maximise value
  • Coaching retail and sales teams to strengthen B2B engagement
  • Attending networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to boost brand presence
  • Tracking and reporting on your sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Identifying and sharing market trends and customer insights
What You Bring
  • Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a BDM or retail management role
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • CRM and sales pipeline management experience
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
