Join Funeral Arranger Pty Ltd & H.Parsons Group as our Key Account + Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.
Be part of the H.Parsons Group team – a trusted, family-owned funeral provider with over 130 years of industry experience. In this role, you'll focus on maintaining and growing key relationships across our innovative online platform FuneralArranger.com.au, our crematorium Mountain View Crematoria, and our catering division Apple Tree Catering, combining compassion, tradition, and innovation to deliver exceptional service to families and businesses alike.
What You'll Be Up To
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver the company's growth targets across groups brands, including IT software solutions for the funeral industry, and funeral cremation services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
- Understand client needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation with the software development, admin, operations and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage client issues promptly.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
