Providing quality designing and manufacturing vehicle accessory solutions for over 35 years, they are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking an experienced WHS & HR Manager to enjoy the journey and really make the role their own.
About your new role
This is a great opportunity for a passionate WHS and Human Resources Manager to join the team in an exciting time of growth and really develop and take ownership of the role.
- Overseeing 3 sites locally and one in Adelaide
- Managing the lifecycle of the employees
- Providing HR advice across the business
- Develop and launch HR best practice strategies, policies, and procedures
- Develop, implement, and launch best practice WHS programs and initiatives
- Identify and assess hazards, risks, and control measures
- Conduct toolbox safety talks
- Develop, implement, and maintain Return to Work program
- Bachelor of Business (HR/WHS or equivalent)
- Return to Work Certificate
- Current Drivers License
- Strong WHS & HR experience and understanding, ideally within manufacturing
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Experience of injury management and workers compensation and return to work
- Experience with Fair Work Australia and Australian employment law
- Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation across all states
