Overview

Are you an experienced fresh food leader who is passionate about quality produce and local community connection? We're on the lookout for a Produce Manager to lead one of our client's well-established deli departments within their Mount Pleasant store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing WA-owned supermarket group known for their strong community roots, genuine team culture, and commitment to delivering an exceptional fresh food offering.

About The Role: As Produce Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Produce department, leading your team to deliver:

  • A premium, fresh and seasonal product offer
  • A standout customer experience every day
  • Operational excellence in stock management, compliance and visual merchandising
  • A culture of safety, quality, and service

You'll work closely with your Store Manager and have the backing of a supportive Head Office team, all while enjoying job security, a work-life balanced roster, and plenty of scope for future store leadership development.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Leadership experience in a deli, fresh food, supermarket or hospitality environment
  • A deep knowledge of deli produce and quality standards
  • Strong understanding of food safety compliance, Food Handling Certificate preferred
  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style with experience in training and team development
  • Confidence in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
  • Full working rights in Australia
