As the Dairy Manager, your role involves skillfully managing your team under the guidance of the Store Manager. Integral to the team, you play a crucial part in presenting the highest quality goods, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards within the team.

Skills & Experience

  • Background in a fresh food setting, preferably within the retail or hospitality sector
  • Possess a strong comprehension of high-quality fresh foods
  • Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
  • Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
