Executive Support Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide vital support to a senior executive in a fast-paced, digital-first business.

This is a central role within a dynamic environment where your organisational skills and initiative contribute to the team's success. You will be the trusted go-to person for the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity, with exposure to senior leaders across the organisation.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the Perth CBD with a brand new fit-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing busy diaries and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinating travel, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Organising team events and celebrations.
  • Administering expenses including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
  • Providing executive support across the leadership team.
  • Handling other EA duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role within a fast-paced, complex business.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
