ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Property and Leasing Coordinator to manage and grow Unisson's property and fleet portfolios. This role ensures safe and appropriate living and working environments for those we serve and our employees. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing property maintenance support and ensuring properties are maintained to safety standards.
  2. Conducting routine property inspections to anticipate future maintenance needs.
  3. Coordinating with internal teams to find suitable rental properties.
  4. Ensuring vehicles are registered and maintained according to safety standards.
  5. Monitoring property maintenance requests and supporting timely maintenance.
  6. Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments in accordance with policies.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Excellent knowledge of property markets in Sydney/Central Coast/Hunter regions
  • Strong property management background
  • Effective communicator, both orally and in writing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and highly computer literate
  • Professional presentation and attitude
