Commercial property agency looking for a Leasing Executive to assist with the management of their portfolio.

**Your new company**
Our client is a commercial real estate services company providing solutions to property owners, investors, and occupiers in the Brisbane area. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Leasing Executive to their team to support the management of a portfolio of commercial assets.

**Your new role**
As the Leasing Executive, you will provide support to the property management team by performing a range of general property functions across their commercial, retail, and industrial portfolio. This includes leases, rent reviews, lease renewals, leasing reports, and other general property management matters. You will ensure all lease transaction details are provided and updated into their systems, as well as prepare budgets for such reporting. Additionally, you will maintain close contact with stakeholders to ensure proper control and service delivery occurs on a day-to-day basis.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As the Leasing Executive, you will provide support to the property management team by performing a range of general property functions across their commercial, retail, and industrial portfolio. This includes leases, rent reviews, lease renewals, leasing reports, and other general property management matters. You will ensure all lease transaction details are provided and updated into their systems, as well as prepare budgets for such reporting. You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time role based in Brisbane CBD. This role will be on an ongoing temporary basis with possibility of going permanent, offering a competitive rate. You will also have the opportunity work from home.
