Our residential properties span from **Gold Coast** to **Brisbane **in Queensland**, **with more developments in the pipeline. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking for enthusiastic Property Managers to join our team in Facilities Management.

This is a **perfect opportunity for a Property Manager** looking for a change, who is interested in a more client focused, hands on role as Leasing Manager, and assisting as well as learning more about Building Management.

**The role**:
You will be responsible with the leasing component at one of our buildings, supported by a **vibrant and experienced management team** who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team.

**Role requirements**:

- At least **1-2 years**’ experience in property or leasing Management.
- You **must hold** an Assistant agent certificate or **Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License**:

- Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
- A passion for real estate and leasing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
- A proactive work attitude with **strong customer service focus.**
