The Role

We're looking for a mid-senior quallie who can help unravel the intricacies of human behaviour to help build great brands, shape compelling products and services, and craft outstanding customer experiences for big brands – FMCG, Tech, Retail, Professional Services, Finance, Entertainment and some Social.

Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Design and deliver bespoke research studies from proposal to presentation.
  • Conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups, workshops, ethnography, and online methodologies.
  • Integrate cultural trend analysis, behavioural theory, and quantitative data to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Develop and present impactful strategies that drive client action.
  • Deliver insights through workshops, presentations, reports, videos, and other creative formats.
About You

You're a strategist passionate about what makes people tick and hunting for patterns These are the types of skills you have already and want to keep building.

  • Quality experience in qualitative, consumer, insights strategy.
  • Strong credentials in a market research agency environment.
  • A knack for critical and strategic thinking and solving complex problems.
  • A skilled storyteller, qualitative facilitator, and presenter.
  • Proven client servicing skills, with the ability to build and maintain deep relationships.
