Imagine leading bespoke projects from conception to delivery or strategic roadmaps, building trusted relationships with clients and delivering recommendations that cut through the noise.

This is a forward-thinking role for a qualitative strategist seeking flexibility, creativity, and autonomy, delivering meaningful insights that lead to real change.

The ideal candidate will have prior qualitative research experience in a senior capacity within an agency environment and be able to present to c-suites and facilitate qualitative research using workshops, online communities, interviews, focus groups, behavioural insights, ethnography, and cultural insights.

The successful candidate will blend people and culture data with technology and qualitative thinking to understand Australians' thoughts, feelings, needs, and wants, informing policy and communication strategies across various industries, including education, healthcare, sustainability, and financial services.

They will work collaboratively to develop strategic roadmaps, leveraging their expertise in brand positioning, new product development, and behaviour change.
