Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. As the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities, we own and operate more pubs than anyone. Our team adds to every pub's story.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Gaming Attendant. You will be responsible for creating special moments that our guests won't forget. To be suitable for this role, you'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products.
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive experience for our guests.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
