As a Qualitative Associate Director, you'll lead a constant stream of bespoke projects from conception to delivery or strategic roadmaps. Your value add will be your ability to build trusted relationships with clients, story tell, and deliver recommendations that cut through the noise.

Leading by example, you'll be equally confident presenting to c-suites as you are with facilitating qualitative research utilising your whole toolkit of methodologies - workshops, online communities, in-depth interviews, focus groups, behavioural insights, ethnography, and cultural insights.

This is the perfect forward step for a qualitative strategist who wants more flexibility, creativity and autonomy and who craves delivering meaningful insights that lead to real change. You must have prior qualitative research experience in a senior capacity within an agency environment.
