Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced qualitative strategist to join our team. As a senior qualitative strategist, you will be responsible for leading complex research projects and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver bespoke research studies from proposal to presentation.
  • Conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups, workshops, ethnography, and online methodologies.
  • Integrate cultural trend analysis, behavioural theory, and quantitative data to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Develop and present impactful strategies that drive client action.
  • Deliver insights through workshops, presentations, reports, videos, and other creative formats.

About You
  • You're a strategic thinker passionate about understanding human behaviour and driving business growth.
  • You have experience in qualitative research and a strong background in market research and consumer insights.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain deep relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • You're proficient in designing and delivering research studies, as well as presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, preferably in a market research agency environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in designing and delivering research studies.
