The Role

Responsibilities

  • Join our Client Support team in a role internally titled, Client Support Team Member. This role is primarily responsible for answering all incoming calls, assisting with all call enquiries, supporting our clients, prioritising medical referrals and managing a centralised mailbox.
  • Our Client Support Team play a pivotal role in connecting our clinics with our clients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing consistent service following Kieser standards.
  • Resolving or escalating client issues promptly
  • Ensuring consistent phone experience for all clients
  • Prioritising client service based on Mystery Shopping Results
  • Focusing on ongoing Client Service Clinic campaign(s).
  • Making outbound calls when needed
  • Maintaining professional email correspondence with practitioners and clinics regarding bookings and appointments

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in reception/client service/call centre/customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience handling high call volume with professionalism
  • Superior time management and attention to detail
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Year 12 or equivalent
  • Experience using software/systems

Desirable

  • Experience in medical, allied health or strength & conditioning industry
