The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dandenong South on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll manage a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently.
  • Respond to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
