Your Day-to-Day
As a Senior Advisor Strategy, you will:

  • Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that respond to shifting environments and emerging opportunities.
  • Guide the creation and implementation of strategy frameworks and delivery plans that support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Translate research and environmental scanning into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and inform decisions for senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support reporting, engagement and collaboration with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes and support business units in aligning with Aspire 2032.
  • Inspire forward-thinking, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at$129,464 base plus superannuation
