About The Role

We're looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join our team, 3 days a week, between Wednesday to Friday. Your work hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, giving you the perfect balance between career and personal time. Based in our Citigate Office in Wyoming, you'll be the go-to person for delivering top-notch administrative and customer service support to a close-knit and genuinely supportive team. If you have solid Microsoft Office skills, value working closely with others, and thrive in a positive, team-oriented workplace, this role could be the right fit for you.

About You

  • You are an experienced administrator with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, exposure to Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and health databases would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
