**Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is excited to announce an opportunity for a Administration Officer to work in Drug & Alcohol and HIV and Related Programs (D&A/HARP) Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to show case your skills and significantly impact service provisions for the Central Coast community.**

As the Administration Officer for CCLHD Sexual Health Clinic (also known as Holden Street Clinic), you will provide a comprehensive range of high level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
The Holden Street Clinic provides a comprehensive range of screening and management of people with sexually transmitted infections and blood borne viruses as per local and NSW Health policies and procedures.
The clinic works closely with the sexual health promotion team in prevention, promotion and educational activities.

This is a job share position requiring three days per week: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be an expectation to work additional days to cover for planned or unplanned leave.

**The position holder will be responsible for, but not exclusive to**:

- Assist the Medical Director, Nursing Unit Manager and clinicians within the Sexual Health Clinic.
- Provide effective customer service; written, telephone and face-to-face and ensuring the provision of information and referring enquiries in an effective and responsive manner.

- Use Healthroster to deliver and support payroll functions (training provided).
- Data capture, data entry, error correction of client details for eMR database and non e-filing system
- Provide training to other officers as required

**About You**
- You can demonstrated experience in providing administrative and workforce support within a public health outpatient setting preferably with Community Health and/or Sexual Health experience.
- You can demonstrated capacity to self-manage and perform within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to be flexible in duties
- You have the ability to exercise problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion.

**Where You'll Be Working**

You will based at The Holden Street Clinic at 69 Holden Street Gosford.
